Paulding County Master Gardener Extension Volunteers Award Scholarship to Grace Ryan

Grace Ryan, recipient of the2017 Paulding County Master Gardener Extension Volunteer Scholarship, recently joined the local Scholarship Committee to accept the award. Grace will be a student at the University of Georgia in Athens studying Environmental Biology. Grace has an exceptional academic record and Paulding County Master Gardeners are proud to recognize her hard work and to assist her with her continued educational endeavors.
This is the ninth year that the Paulding County Master Gardener Extension Volunteers have awarded the scholarship which is made available with proceeds from their annual spring plant sale. The scholarship is open to any student who is a resident of Paulding County and is enrolled at a Georgia College or Technical School and studying, horticulture, botany, forestry agriculture or a related field. Applications are made available in January of each year and the scholarship is awarded in the spring. You can learn more about the scholarship at www.ugaextension.org/paulding.
