In alignment with our vision to be the "World’s Most Caring Company," Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas (GA) are proud to recognize the outstanding educators who make a lasting impact on their students' lives. For Teacher Appreciation Week, Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas (GA) reached out to their team members to share their stories about teachers who have shown exceptional care and support in the classroom. These nominations have led to the creation of the Teachers Who Care recognition, which celebrates teachers who go above and beyond in demonstrating compassion, dedication, and genuine care for their students.
Among the nominees are the following exceptional educators:

•  Jordan Bowzard, from our Hiram location, nominated Greta Lassitter of Scoggins Middle School.
•  Karsyn Jones, also from Hiram, nominated Lyric Portwood of South Paulding High School.
•  Karmandi Burk, from our Dallas location, nominated Tom Liles of Paulding County High School.
•  Riley Gordon, also from Dallas, nominated Shea Roberts of Paulding County High School.

These teachers have been selected for the profound ways in which they’ve positively impacted the lives of their students. Whether through encouragement, understanding, or offering a supportive environment, their care for their students stands out as a true testament to their dedication.
“We believe that teaching is about more than just academics; it’s about the hearts and minds of the students," said Kurt Davis, Owner-Operator at Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas (GA). “Through the Teachers Who Care recognition, we hope to highlight the educators who are making a difference and remind them that their hard work and compassion are appreciated."
As part of this recognition, each of the nominated teachers will receive a special token of appreciation from Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas (GA) in honor of their meaningful impact on their students' lives.
