Comcast Cares Day: Helping Hands Of Paulding County

Helping Hands of Paulding County was alive with activity this past Saturday. Sponsored by Comcast Helping Hands was the recipient of Comcast's volunteers' program which is committed to serving local communities by participating in volunteer work for nonprofit organizations. In addition to the fresh paint, repairs, and cleaning taking place thanks to the volunteer work by Comcast employees and their families, regular volunteers and administrators of Helping Hands provided a barbecue cookout for the volunteers and patrons.
Flowing Waters Ministries and Full Turn Church showed up with a truck full of donations for the food pantry. Helping Hands sponsor and contributor, Brian Stover of BLD Rolloff came by to take part in the event. Special thanks to Comcast, Flowing Waters Ministries, Full Turn Church, Brian Stover, and all the other volunteers who came by to make this such a terrific volunteer event.
