Northwest Georgia Country Band Receives Nomination and Releases New Album

May 27, 2016 (Rome, Georgia) Georgia country band Taylor Cromer and The Delta have been nominated for the 5th Annual GA Music Awards' Best Country Band/Group. The awards show will be held on June 11, 2016 at The Grand in Macon, Georgia. The band is excited about the nomination and considers it an honor just to be included with so many talented musicians from around the state. With each member being from a different town in Northwest Georgia, Rome, Aragon, Rockmart and Dallas, they are proud to represent their own neck of the woods.
In addition to the nomination, the band has just released their first CD of all original music self titled "Taylor Cromer and The Delta". There will be an official CD release party coming soon. Right now they are busy booking shows for their summer tour. Recently, the band opened for legendary Georgia band Drivin' N Cryin'. Upcoming shows in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi are just a few of the stops on the schedule. The band's songs have been featured on Independent Country internet radio stations over the U.S. and they currently have the #7 song in the Top 30 Countdown on The Black Sheep Network.
