Kingdom Kutz Barber Shop Busted for Gun/Drugs

(Paulding County, GA) On Tuesday April 4, 2017 the Haralson-Paulding Drug Task Force, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant and several arrest warrants at Kingdom Kutz Barber Shop which is located at 3601 Macland Road Hiram, GA 30141. The search warrant and arrest warrants were the culmination of a several month long investigation into the business for drugs and gun possession.
Agents and Deputies encountered multiple individuals when they arrived on scene both inside and outside the business. The individuals that were located in the rear of the business appeared to be “hanging out” in the wooded area behind the store. Once the scene was secure, Agents located the below listed contraband and arrested the following individuals:

Contraband

  • Cocaine
  • Methamphetamine
  • MDMA “Ecstasy”
  • Psilocybin Mushrooms “Shrooms”
  • One .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol
  • Ammunition and accessories for other caliber weapons

    VGCSA Possession of Methamphetamine

    VGCSA Possession of Cocaine

  2. Charles Edward Brown B/M 53 YOA

    VGCSA Possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms

    VGCSA Possession of Methamphetamine

    VGCSA Possession of Cocaine

  3. Darryl Cordell Floyd B/M 28 YOA

    VGCSA Possession of Cocaine

This investigation is ongoing and additional charges are likely to follow. The additional charges may include but may not be limited to additional drug charges and weapons charges.
