Rep. Tom Graves to Serve as Republican Leader of Appropriations Subcommittee for Financial Services

Washington, D.C. – The House Appropriations Committee today announced that Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA-14) will serve as Republican Leader of the Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee for the 116th Congress. The influential subcommittee writes the annual bill funding the Department of the Treasury, the Judiciary, the Executive Office of the President and more than 20 Independent Agencies, such as the Federal Communications Commission, Internal Revenue Service, and Securities and Exchange Commission. Rep. Graves served as chairman of the subcommittee during the 115th Congress.

As Republican Leader of the Financial Services Subcommittee, I look forward to continuing to work with the Trump administration to slash harmful regulations, streamline outdated agency processes, and free families and businesses to achieve their dreams,” said Rep.
