On Saturday, February 20, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., the Paulding County Republican Party will convene Precinct Mass Meetings to elect Delegates and Alternates to the Paulding County Republican Party Convention. All Paulding County residents who are legally registered to vote on or before February 1, 2016, and who believe in the principles of the Republican Party are urged to participate in the process.
Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. on February 20, 2016, at the following locations:
Watson Government Complex - Cafeteria for Precinct Mass Meeting 240 Constitution Blvd., Dallas, Georgia 30132 The Paulding County Republican Party Convention will convene at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2016, at Burnt Hickory Park – Wayne Kirby Community Center for the purpose of electing Delegates and Alternates to the Congressional District Convention, for the purpose of electing Delegates and Alternates to the State Convention and for the purpose of conducting all other business as necessary. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee of $15.00, which is to cover the cost of the County Convention. The 14th Congressional District Convention will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at North Paulding High School. The District Convention will convene for the purpose of electing 3 Delegates and 3 Alternates to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, and for the purpose of conducting all other business as necessary. The Georgia Republican Party State Convention will convene at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016, in Augusta, Georgia, for the purpose of electing At-Large Delegates and Alternates to the National Republican Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, for the purpose of electing the Georgia Republican Party National Committee Man and National Committee Woman and for the purpose of conducting all other business as necessary. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.
