PCSheriffLogo 242x300On January 16, 2015 at approximately 10:42 AM a male subject called 911 in reference to a deceased individual that was located inside the residence at 850 Hiram Sudie Road Dallas, GA 30157. Upon arrival, Deputies encountered four males and one female at the residence in addition to the deceased male subject. After speaking with the individuals that were located at the residence, Detectives and Agents requested that they accompany them to the Sheriff’s Office to be interviewed. All of the individuals voluntarily went to the Sheriff’s Office to be interviewed.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and Agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have partnered together to work this case. Detectives and Agents have classified this death as a homicide based on the interviews with the individuals that were at the residence combined with the evidence observed at the scene. Once a search warrant was secured, Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators entered the residence and processed the scene.Matt Ryan Love
As a result of their investigation, Detectives and Agents have arrested and charged Matt Ryan Love (B/M, 25 YOA) with Murder (F). Detectives indicated that as the investigation progresses, more charges are likely for Mr. Love. Mr. Love, who is a resident of Dallas, Georgia, is currently being held in the Paulding County Jail without bond.
At first, Detectives and Agents did not have the identity of the victim in this case. Once the autopsy was completed, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab was able to confirm that the victim was Malcolm Ali Webb (B/M, 36 YOA). Mr. Webb, who was a resident of Hiram, Georgia, died as a result of a single gunshot wound to the head.
