PATRIOTS FALL TO LONGHORNS 35-7

The Kell Longhorns came to Dallas and the proved that their #6 ranking is totally justified as they ran roughshot and totally dominated all phases of the game against a pretty good Paulding County team. Kell's defense limited the Patriots to less than a hundred yards of offense and they rolled up more than 400 yards of offense to cruise to an easy victory. The Longhorns strong running attack led by Josiah Futral and Dre Houston rolled up yards in chunks amounting to more than 240 yards between them with Futral scoring 4 touchdowns. Kell is new to this region but no stranger to success as they have been to the playoffs eight years in a row and should be a strong contender this year.
The lone Patriot score came in the 3rd quarter as Brantley Mauldin connected on a 5 yard pass to Tyrone Summerour. The schedule doesn't get any easier for the Patriots as they travel to Rome next week in another region slate,
