GOOD WEEK FOR PATRIOT SOCCER

The Paulding County Patriots Soccer teams all scored victories this week in region play. The varsity girls notched to victories at home against Woodland and Villa Rica, the boys also got a hard fought win over Woodland.
The girls team improved their record to 7-1 overall and 3-0 in the region. The girls defeated Woodland 6-1 and Villa Rica 3-2 to claim the top spot in the region standings.The win against Villa Rica was particularly encouraging as its only the second win against the Wildcats in the last 10 years. The Villa Rica squad has been a thorn in the flesh so to speak for the Patriots,but not this year. The Lady Patriots travel to White Georgia to play Cass next in a region matchup.
