HORNETS AND PATRIOTS SPLIT ON THE DIAMOND

The Hiram Hornets and Paulding County Patriots played twice this past week with each team winning at home. The Hornets hosted the Patriots on Wednesday and won 7-1 and then the Patriots returned the favor on Friday besting the Hornets 9-3. The Patriots are currently 2-4 in the region while the Hornets are 1-5.The Patriots play East Paulding twice next week and host Carrollton on Friday. The Hornets play Kell twice next week and visit East Paulding Friday.
