A solo, woman-owned gym and fitness center in Douglasville, GA. April Martin recently opened the facility about 2 months ago after deciding to branch off on her own. Opening any business, especially a gym, during a pandemic with restrictions left and right is super risky. Luckily it has paid off and the support has been amazing. April has been through the trenches and back with being divorced a few years ago. Being forced to pick up the broken pieces and start over as a single parent, gave her the fight and courage as an independent woman, to do this on her own. Her message is deeper than your typical gym and fitness trainer. She shows her clients how to find the inner-strength, how to discipline themselves and of course, helping them with their fitness goals; weight loss, muscle building, and just overall health.
