“Back the Badge” nets $7,500 for Paulding County Law Enforcement
The American Legion Riders of Post 111 in Dallas and Pirate Printing in Hiram co-sponsored the 2016 “Back the Badge” Motorcycle Ride and Fundraiser which netted $7,500 for Paulding County Law Enforcement agencies.
Checks were recently presented to Paulding County Sheriff, Gary Gulledge, City of Dallas Police Chief, Scott Halter and Hiram Police Department Chief, Todd Vandezande by John Cagle, President of the American Legion Riders of Post 111 and Larry Jernigan, Owner of Pirate Printing.
The “Back the Badge” fundraiser, consisting of a scenic motorcycle ride through Paulding County and family fun day, including a demonstration by Pil Sung Do Martial Arts at American Legion Post 111, was conceived to show support to our local law enforcement. 100% of the proceeds from the event were donated to the three law enforcement agencies.
