Captain Karen Ritch Awarded Commissioner’s Public Safety Award

(Paulding County, GA) On June 27, 2017 Captain Karen Ritch of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Internal Affairs/Professional Standards Division was awarded the Paulding County Board of Commissioner’s Public Safety Award. Captain Ritch was awarded the Commissioner’s Public Safety Award for her exemplary service to the Internal Affairs/Professional Standards Division of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. Captain Ritch has been employed with the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office since 1993. Over the course of the past 24 years, Captain Ritch has been an asset to the divisions she has worked in as well as the Sheriff’s Office as a whole. From her time in the Detention Center, to her time as an Agent with the Haralson-Paulding Drug Task Force, Captain Ritch has been a dedicated hardworking employee. Her relentless effort, attention to detail, and “no- quit” attitude have helped keep Paulding County a safe place for many years.K. Ritch CommCaptain Ritch was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Board of Commissioners along with a “Dinner for Two” Gift Card from Texas Roadhouse.
