On Saturday, April 6th, 13 Members of Scout Troop # 304, led by Carter Wrigley, who is earning His Eagle Scout Badge with this Project, along with several parents, raised the funds and came to build 15 Chad’s Bracket Wagons. 14 are going to the new Arthur M. Blank Hospital, and 1 went to Scottish Rite in honor of Carter’s Sister, Charlotte, who has experienced several surgeries and used the Wagons during Her visits to CHOA.
