The Paulding County 4-H BB Team, the Paulding Shooting Stars, proudly represented Paulding County and the state of Georgia after qualifying for the 2026 Daisy National BB Gun Championship in Rogers, Arkansas. This year's championship brought together youth shooters from 15 states to compete in one of the nation's premier BB gun competitions.
Representing Paulding County were Luke Aligood, Anna Jones, Lauren Morriss, Elijah Nobles, Haden Nobles, Matthew Parmley, Clayton Shelley, and Ava Westberry. Their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship earned them the opportunity to compete on the national stage.
In addition to their performance in competition, the Paulding Shooting Stars received the Most Patriotic Jersey Award, recognizing the team's outstanding display of patriotism and team spirit.
Congratulations to all of the shooters on this remarkable achievement and for representing Paulding County with pride.
