Justin McNeil (W/M, 28 YOA) of Dallas, Georgia, was last seen by his friends and family in October of 2015 at his home. On December 4, 2015 McNeil was seen by an acquaintance at the MegaBus station in Atlanta, Georgia. According to the witness, McNeil told him that he has been clean and off drugs for 60 days and that he was trying to get away from bad influences in Dallas. The witness further stated that McNeil looked to be doing well and that he stated he was living at a shelter in Atlanta and had a job.
Detectives have followed up by checking all area shelters in Atlanta but have not been able to confirm that McNeil has been or currently is a resident at one of them. Detectives would like to make sure McNeil is okay and assure him that he is not in any trouble. Justin McNeil is described as follows:
