W. C. Abney Elementary School D.A.R.E. Essay Winners

The fifth graders at Abney recently graduated from the D.A.R.E. program sponsored by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. D.A.R.E. stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. Deputy Rodney Mitchell did a great job of meeting the student’s educational needs through the program but also building a relationship with the students as he worked with them.
