South Pauldings basketball teams defeated New Manchester High School of Douglasville in Region 5(6A). The girls improved their record to 7-5(5-2) with a thrilling double overtime victory over the formidable lady Jags by a score of 69-57. The boys improved their record to 13-1(6-0) with a hotly contested victory by a score of 70-68. The boys are currently in 1st place in their tough region. The girls team is currently securely in 3rd place in the region. Come out and support these squads as they hustle on the hardwood.
