Brianna explained that BB is a 35-year-old parrot and will go on to live until 70 or 80. Many birds like BB will have a very long life, she went on, and most of the time the bird’s living situation will not be consistent over its lifetime, causing problems with the bird’s behavior.
In recognition of Constitution Day, September 17, ESL (English as a Second Language) students at the Cobb-Paulding Adult Education Center in the old courthouse in downtown Dallas are looking through materials on the US Constitution and flags of the US and its fifty states.

The American Legion Riders of Post 111 in Dallas & Pirate Printing in Hiram co-sponsored the 2016 "Back the Badge" Ride on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Over 100 motorcyclists joined the ride that was escorted by Paulding County Sheriff, Gary Gulledge and a number of deputies.
As sponsors, the Paulding County Rotary club enjoyed serving over 68,000 people who decided to come Paulding Meadows this previous weekend.

Ms. Cupid Brown is a young lady who has loved motorcycles from her youth to her nineties. Ms. Brown, grew up in Alabama on a farm that raised animals and produced a variety of crops including peanuts and cotton. She is the widow of Glen T. Brown, a World War II veteran.
With a population in excess of 150,000, Paulding County is able to sustain two (2) Rotary Clubs: Dallas Rotary Club AND Rotary Club of Paulding County.
The Dallas Rotary Club is the newer of the clubs. It was established in 2003 and has 17 active members. This club currently has its regular meetings on Thursday mornings at Audrey’s Cafe. Please check Facebook for schedule.
The Paulding County Rotary Club, the first Rotary Club in Paulding County, was chartered in 1969. It has approximately 42 active members and meets regularly.
