The North Paulding Wolfpack’s season came to an end after dropping Game 3 of the 3rd Round State Playoff series to the Mill Creek Hawks. The two teams split the first two extra-inning games, with Mill Creek taking Game 1 5-3 in 8-innings, while the Pack outlasted the Hawks 2-0 in the nine-inning nightcap.
The Paulding County Patriots ladies soccer team was eliminated from the State playoffs in round 2 by a scrappy club from Starr's Mill by a score of 2-0 at Dave Hardin Stadium.
The North Paulding Wolfpack is headed to the Elite 8 in the AAAAAAA State Baseball Playoffs. The Pack swept the 2nd Round series at Lambert Wednesday evening, winning 8-5 in Game 1 and 6-0 in Game 2.
This is uncharted waters for the Paulding County Patriots soccer program. The Lady Patriots have never won a region crown or advanced passed the first round of the State playoffs. So each time out they are setting new records.
The South Paulding Spartans baseball team fell to John's Creek High in round one of the State playoffs. The Spartan's won game one of the series 1-0 in extra innings.
The Paulding County Patriots finished their feeder team season on a strong note. The feeder team played in the Championship game against Hillgrove and came up 1 run short falling to Hillgrove 8-7.
The North Paulding Wolfpack swept the visiting Lowndes County Vikings 10-1 and 8-1 Friday night in the first round of the 7-A baseball State Playoffs.
The North Paulding Lady Wolfpack traveled to Region 1 number 1 Camden County and earned a hard fought 3-1 Victory. The Lady Pack stands with a record of 14-6 to date.
The East Paulding Raiders wrapped up their regular season with a 2-0 Senior Night win over the Kell Longhorns on Friday, April 21. The victory ran the Raiders’ season mark to 15-13 overall and 11-5 in region 7AAAAA, good enough for 2nd place behind the Carrollton Trojans.
The South Paulding Lady Spartans fell in the first round of the State playoffs to the Lady Cougars from Chattahoochie High School from John's Creek. The Spartans hosted the Cougars but the matches all went to the visitors and they advanced 3-0.
The North Paulding Wolfpack closed out their season strong to garner a #2 seed and will face Lowndes County in the first round of the State Playoffs in a double header Friday.
The Lady Patriots closed out the regular season with victories over New Manchester 3-0 and Pebblebrook 11-1 . They will face Southwest Dekalb in round one of the State Playoffs at PCHS Thursday @ 6pm
The Spartan Varsity baseball team will host the first round of playoffs Friday, April 28, 2017. The Spartans ended their regular season in second place for Region 6-AAAAAA.
